All Our Voices: Celebrating Diversity through Storytelling.

A unique multi-cultural festival featuring storytelling performances, informative and interactive workshops, and community story swapping. Explore the richness of our diverse voices while hearing Jewish, Latino, Asian, African American and Native American stories come to life. Develop the skills to tell your own stories, learn new storytelling techniques or delve into stories that reflect the wealth of cultural life that surrounds us.

"KlezCalifornia" Klezmer Concert and Dance Party"

KlezCalifornia’s fabulous celebration of Eastern European Jewish Culture kicks off with a concert and dance party featuring the renowned band, Veretski Pass, other local klezmer bands and Chicago-based dance teacher Steve Weintraub. Experience the joy, depth and power of Klezmer music as you dance the night away.

Hollywood Hats

An entertaining and fun filled event about classic Hollywood, the great stars and their hats. Don’t miss this one woman show performed by Gloria Heidi, once a protege of the legendary Hollywood designer Edith Head. She combines tinseltown lore, insider stories, songs and more - taking the audience on a rollicking trip to the sound stages, the costume closet and the dressing rooms of Movietown's leading ladies.
