Our Phoenix metro day meeting center includes over 40,000 square feet of space, with 11 conference rooms and variety of set up options to meet all business meeting needs. The Cottonwood Ballroom will comfortably seat up to 500 guests for general sessions or banquets. Each meeting room is individually designed with distinctive art work and windows, and furnished with ergonomic chairs with comfort in mind, and all rooms contain retractable screens, hard writing surfaces, whiteboards and LCD's. Wireless high speed Internet is available throughout the conference center.
